• Experience with thermal processes including: age ovens, vacuum furnaces, drop bottom ovens, autoclaves, cure ovens, atmospheric furnaces, conveyor ovens, burn-off ovens, and more 
• Worked on equipment from leading manufacturers such as: Grieve, Steelman, Despatch, Abar/Ipsen, GM Enterprises, Sola, Wisconsin, Pollution Control Products (PCP), Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), and others 

• Struggling to pass a TUS? Troubleshooting services include Controller PID tuning and airflow adjustments designed to help meet AMS2750 specifications. 

• Emissions testing and tuning for natural gas burners, ovens, boilers, and process heaters, including measurement of O₂, CO₂, CO, NO, NO₂, and total NOx.  
• Documentation and stack testing services to support compliance with KDHE air permits and EPA Boiler MACT (40 CFR 63 Subpart DDDDD).   

• Experience with major press manufacturers: Cincinnati, Verson, Enprotech, Dake, and others 
• General hydraulic and pneumatic circuit troubleshooting for presses and auxiliary systems 

The ability to diagnose complex or unfamiliar systems is a key strength. By interviewing operators, reviewing documentation, and reverse-engineering system logic, faults can be identified and corrected efficiently

•  Skilled at analyzing undocumented or modified control systems to determine proper sequence of operation and restore functionality
